Mineral Pour / Information

Delivery and returns.

The current delivery calculation is $8.95 per order below $150 in merchandise value, before welcome savings. Delivery is included from $150. The exact calculation remains visible in the bag and review screen.

Use a complete street address and postal code. A delivery address is recorded with the order reference; changing the bag or address requires a new review of the current total.

Before requesting a return, contact support@mineralpour.shop with the reference, item name and reason. Do not send an appliance to an address that has not been provided for that return.

Keep the product, packaging and supplied instructions together. Report a damaged or incorrect item before using it, and keep electrical appliances disconnected if a fault is suspected.

Accessory compatibility is shown on the product page. Check the family marking before ordering a base, and retain that information with your selection details.
