The forms ask for contact and delivery information needed to record an order selection. A private order record contains the chosen items, quantities, totals and delivery details. The card controls do not have submitted field names, and card numbers or security codes are not part of that record.

The required PHP session cookie protects form submissions and keeps the bag consistent. It is host-only, Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. A separate browser-readable session cookie remembers when you close the welcome window; it has no delivery or card data. Neither is shared with another shop.

The optional guide preference stores only a drink temperature, cup count and cup volume on this device after permission. Essential-only use does not read or write that saved guide data. Changing to essentials only removes this shop’s saved guide entry.

Joining the mailing list records the email and affirmative choice. The welcome saving applies to merchandise in the current session, not to delivery charges. Cookie choices and mailing-list permission are separate decisions.
